Description

Application

Well, I don't want to outsource this here, but it's best to really watch a suitable YouTube video :-) Generally, the rule is: from bottom to top and from inside (bridge of the nose) to outside (towards the ears). Please do not press too hard!! Be especially careful around the eye area.

When you should not do a Gua Sha massage:

* In case of severe acne
* In case of acute rosacea
* If you have had Botox or fillers injected in the last three months
* In case of thrombosis, advanced arteriosclerosis, cancer, or an aneurysm
