You often asked me for a dry brush - eh voilà, I found a wonderful one! 'Buff' is the perfect beginner's brush for anyone who wants to do even more good for their skin. Dry brushing is the number one cellulite fighter - but above all, it stimulates your tired skin cells and promotes blood circulation and lymphatic flow. I would simply consider the fact that the skin also becomes firmer and smoother as a positive side effect :-)
Application
In the morning before showering, brush for a few minutes with long, sweeping movements from your feet or hands towards your heart. Then, drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out all toxins from your body.

Sustainably certified birch wood, natural bristles, leather. Made in Germany.
Julie's Tip
If you have water retention in your legs during pregnancy, dry brushing massages are an excellent idea!
