Shop design with Beilstein Interior Design Cologne.

 

1. Organization

We are a small team that keeps this shop running, not a large corporation, no company with a warehouse or any other 'Big Player'. We are here for you every day (well, except Sundays :-) and do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly and quickly - inquiries, shipping, etc. Should there be any delays or something goes wrong, I ask for your understanding in advance. We are only human, after all. :-)

2. Samples

If you are not yet familiar with the product you ordered, please indicate this in the comment field and I will send a sample with it – if possible. Please test the product first using the sample and only open the original product once you are satisfied with it. This has the advantage that we don't have to dispose of countless opened products because they weren't liked, and we avoid purchase frustration on your part. Additional samples of other items will, of course, still be included - you are welcome to specify your wishes when ordering!

3. Packaging

When shipping, you have the option to allow the use of pre-used packaging. I hope you click on this often! These are boxes that I receive myself from my suppliers (i.e., not packaging that has already been with an end consumer). The boxes are all perfectly fine, and I simply think they're too good to throw away. I hope you agree?!

4. Shipping

Currently, I ship within Germany and to all EU countries. For other countries, just ask :-)
