Shipping to Germany
All orders in Germany are delivered climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. The average delivery time within Germany is 1-3 business days. For delivery to a packing station, please be sure to provide the DHL Postnummer and the packing station number. The flat-rate shipping cost includes the statutory value-added tax.
Free shipping for orders over €49:
We offer free shipping for orders with a basket value of €49 or more.
Shipping costs for orders under €49:
The shipping cost per order under €49 is a flat rate of only €5.00.
Eco-friendly shipping:
We primarily use recycled shipping packaging, where available. This is our contribution to environmental protection.
Self-pickup in Cologne:
Alternatively, you can pick up your prepared order free of charge at our natural cosmetics store in Cologne.

We offer free shipping for orders with a basket value of €150 or more.
Shipping costs for orders under €150:
The shipping cost per order is a flat rate of €11.00.

Delivery usually takes place within 1-4 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery Times
For advance payments, the delivery period begins the day after receipt of payment. For other payment methods, the period begins the day after the contract is concluded and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such day.
Delivery Not Possible
If the customer is not present when DHL attempts delivery, the parcel will be held at the nearest post office for 7 business days for collection. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. The resulting return shipping costs (€5.95) and additional shipping costs (€5) for a possible second delivery will be borne by the buyer. If the address details were incorrect or delivery was refused, the parcel will also be returned to us. In this case, too, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
Returns
You can return an order to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only issue a refund if the item(s) arrive with us in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Should we have sent a wrong or defective product, we will, of course, bear the return costs.
For all other reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the incurred return costs. These are a flat rate of €5.95 per return shipment within Germany. Returns from EU countries cost €13.95. After receiving and checking the goods, we will process the refund minus the return costs. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
