My new favorite: Plume's Brow Pomade not only provides great color for your eyebrows, but also helps them grow back fuller. It's basically the best of Plume's lash serum combined with creamy, pigment-rich color - hurray! Refill, in this case, just means that no brush is included (as is the case with the original product). Cinnamon Cashmere is a chocolatey brown shade.

Application

1. Pick up a small amount (!) of brow pomade with the brush and wipe off any excess product on the inside of the jar.
2. Apply to brows with the angled side of the brush.
3. After application, work in and blend the product well with the brush's spoolie.
