Application

Well, I don't want to outsource this, but it's really best if you watch a suitable YouTube video :-) Generally, the rule is: from bottom to top and from inside (bridge of the nose) to outside (towards the ears). Please do not press extremely hard!! Be particularly careful around the eye area – for this, I would not use KUULAS, but rather a suitable Gua Sha stone (Mushroom or spoon shape are ideal).

When you should not do a Gua Sha massage:

* In case of severe acne
* In case of acute rosacea
* If you have had Botox or fillers injected in the last three months
* In case of thrombosis, advanced arteriosclerosis, cancer, or an aneurysm
