Cordyceps, Reishi und Chaga sind mein persönliches magisches Dreieck, wenn es um Vitalpilze geht. Chaga ist die Nummer 1 zur Stärkung des Immunsystems, zur Abwehr von oxidativem Stress und insgesamt zum Schutz von Körper und Geist. Stark antioxidativ und anti-entzündlich wirkt dieser seltene Pilz, er kann den Blutzuckerspiegel senken und das kognitive Nervensystem kräftigen. Ist der beste Begleiter bei Viruserkrankungen und hilft bei Allergien und Autoimmunerkrankungen, weil er die Darmflora positiv beeinflusst. Chaga soll außerdem histaminhemmende Wirkung haben und ist ein toller Helfer bei Akne, Psoriasis, Schuppenflechte und Neurodermitis. Die entzündungshemmende Wirkung ist auch toll bei Rosacea.

Anwendung

1x/Tag einen halben oder ganzen Teelöffel in Tee, Kakao, Saft, Smoothie oder auch Suppe auflösen.

The sclerotia, fruiting body, and mycelium all have unique medicinal properties, and that is why we like to have both mycelium, fruiting body, and in this case sclerotium, in all of our mushrooms powders.

OUR MUSHROOMS ARE ACTIVATED. All of our mushroom powders have gone through a steam process to make the cell walls break down and enhance the bioavailability of the constituents. This term is referred to as “activation” or “steam extraction”.
