Gua Sha stones and gemstone rollers are perfect for facial lymphatic drainage. What can you achieve with them? The complexion should improve, becoming more even and delicate. In any case, you will stimulate blood circulation and collagen production in the skin, making the skin look rosier and keeping it beautifully elastic. Also great for the temples, neck, and jaw muscles! Rose quartz is rich in minerals (silicon, magnesium, iron) and the stone is said to have anti-inflammatory and cell-renewing properties.

The Mushroom shape is great for anyone who wants to focus on the eye area during the massage - it allows you to apply pressure more precisely than with the larger Gua Sha stones.

Application

Cleanse your face and then preferably apply serum, oil, or balm so that the stone glides better over the skin.

Morning and/or evening for 5-10 minutes: Basically, you can do anything with the Mushroom that you would do with a Gua Sha stone or a face roller. That means: starting at the jawline, stroke from the center of the face outwards towards the earlobe. Then slowly work your way up towards the eye area. With the Mushroom, you can now wonderfully stroke around the eye in circular movements: from the bridge of the nose over the eyebrows and then under the eye back to the bridge of the nose. Repeat as often as you like. Light pressure is sufficient! Works wonderfully to reduce swelling and cool. Then stroke from the nose along under the eye to the temple. The temples can, of course, also be worked on extra in circular movements. Then massage the brow bone, always from the inside (nose) outwards (to the temple). Hold the Mushroom at an angle and use the narrow side to stroke the upper eyelid below the eyebrow from the inside out. Massage the forehead in circular movements.

At the nose, use the narrow side (i.e., hold the Mushroom at a slight angle) to massage the area where the sinuses are located in circular movements. Feel free to massage the nasolabial fold as well!

Last but not least: the Mushroom is also wonderfully suitable for acupressure!
