Description

For a full dose of beta-carotene, you can of course also eat your daily portion of carrots. But if you also want to prepare your skin for summer or high-altitude sun, firm up your connective tissue, and protect yourself from all kinds of radiation (I'm just saying: laptop! cell phone!), then chew a spoonful of Q-Food every morning. The mixture of carefully ground berries, fruits, and seeds strengthens your organism and stimulates melanin production in the body - your skin tans. This way, you essentially start producing your own natural sun protection from within. It's already in my kitchen :-)

Application

Take 1 tsp (2.5g) pure in the morning and chew slowly.
