You can use the Strobelighter like a highlighter - alone, or mixed with foundation, lip color or blush. 'Elysian' is a warm champagne shade, with a hint of apricot, I think. Very sophisticated, ladies.
Application
As you like... as a classic highlighter under the brow bones, on the cheekbones, in the inner corners of the eyes, on the lips (pure or mixed with your favorite lip color), on the décolleté... anywhere you want a little more attention :-)
