Description

Top-notch matcha quality!! I've been a huge matcha lover for a long time, and I'm so happy that Anima Mundi now offers one! The tea is organically grown in small batches (on a solar-powered farm), hand-picked, and carefully ground to a wonderfully silky texture. It tastes creamy, nutty, and very delicate. The advantage of matcha over classic green tea is that you drink the powder, meaning all the antioxidant compounds (phenolic acid, quercetin, rutin, theanine, chlorophyll) are fully absorbed by the body.

Application

Sift half a teaspoon into your matcha bowl and add a splash of water heated to approx. 80 degrees Celsius. Whisk until foamy with a matcha whisk. Then, fill with more hot water and top with (plant-based) milk if desired.
