Application

Well, I don't want to outsource this here, but it's really best to watch a suitable YouTube video :-) Generally, the rule is: from bottom to top and from inside (bridge of the nose) to outside (towards the ears). Please do not press extremely hard!! Be particularly careful around the eye area.

When you should not do Gua Sha massage:

* With severe acne
* With acute rosacea
* If you have had Botox or fillers injected in the last three months
* With thrombosis, advanced arteriosclerosis, cancer, or an aneurysm
