Application

After cleansing, apply a facial oil - this is just as important as before a Gua Sha massage! The cups should glide well on the skin without injuring it. Then squeeze the rubber bulb, place it on the skin and let it suction (by releasing the bulb again). You can vary the intensity by letting the cups suction more or less strongly. Then work quickly, otherwise you'll get red marks :-) Always glide from the inside out and from bottom to top. Afterward, clean the cups with a damp cloth and let them dry.

NOTE: The cups should only be used on healthy skin. If you have very sensitive skin, ask your dermatologist beforehand if a cupping massage can be used.
