Description
Great kohl/eyeliner from Hiro - naturally 100% natural and vegan, also suitable for sensitive eyes. Despite nourishing ingredients like marula kernel oil, jojoba oil, and shea butter, it's just soft enough that you can blend the color beautifully, but then it won't smudge further. It's even supposed to be waterproof, but I'll have to test that first :-)

Application
Apply to the upper and/or lower lid as desired and blend gently if necessary.
