Aventurine Body Gua Sha

Description

Beautiful aventurine Gua Sha for full-body massage. Its use stimulates blood circulation and promotes natural lymphatic drainage. This can improve skin elasticity and support metabolism. In TCM, aventurine stone stands for harmony, inner balance, and regeneration.

Application

Gua Sha massage works best if you first apply a body oil. Then the stone can glide wonderfully over the skin. With the smooth side of the stone, gently glide over the skin, always towards the heart. The wavy side is great for more intensive back-and-forth movements, for example, to release tension in the neck. Afterward, wrap yourself warmly, drink plenty, and rest.
Rinse the stone with clear water and dry it after use.
