Description
The Recharge dry brush generates negatively charged ions directly on the skin. These accelerate oxygen transport to the cells and tissues. They stimulate the lymph nodes so effectively that they can better remove toxins. Beginners in dry brushing should stick to the 'Buff' brush first, while advanced users are welcome to use 'Recharge'.
Application
In the morning, before showering, brush for a few minutes with long, sweeping motions from your feet or hands towards your heart. Throughout the day, please drink plenty of water to flush all toxins from your body.
