And rightly so, crowned winner by the New York Times' Organic Spa Magazine in 2020 - this wonderfully creamy cleanser gently yet effectively removes all dirt and makeup residue from the skin in a single application. At the heart of the formulation is Manjistha (Indian Madder), a plant that some may already know from Ayurveda. The plant has antibacterial and detoxifying effects, supports the functions of the lymphatic system, and stimulates blood circulation. It also has a calming effect on skin prone to acne, psoriasis, and severe pigmentation. In fact, the product works wonderfully for my rosacea too! It also contains essential rose oil (anti-inflammatory and supports cell regeneration) and sesame oil (reduces redness and strengthens the skin barrier). There isn't really a skin type for which I wouldn't recommend this wonderful tube - unless, of course, you can't tolerate essential oils!
Application
Apply to slightly damp skin and gently massage in. Rinse off with lukewarm water or remove with a damp cotton cloth/washcloth.
