Woohoo... I'm head over heels again: Kirsten has now also launched a palette of concealers, in a cool format, I think: at first, I thought it was a liquid concealer, because of the applicator and such. Ha! Wrong again! It's creamy and therefore perfectly dosable and easy to apply. Of course, I had to take one home immediately :-))
Regarding color selection: the palette can be roughly divided into three sections - the shades for light skin tones begin with 'F' (fair), for medium with 'M' (medium) and for darker with 'D' (dark). The foundation colors I've added are only a guideline, and the concealer only matches 1:1 if it's used for covering up on the face and not for brightening the eye area. In that case, you should choose a lighter shade.

F110 - very light nude with a rosy undertone. For all Snow White types and users of Foundation colors Lightness and Like Porcelain.
F120 - light beige, a hint of yellow. My color, for example, so for everyone who uses Silken and Paper Thin.
F130 - is illogically lighter than F120, don't ask me why. Matches perfectly with Silken, has a clear yellowish undertone.
F140 - a relatively neutral beige with a sliiiightly rosy undertone. Suitable for Feathery and Just Sheer.
M220 - a relatively neutral beige, suitable for Just Sheer and Illusion.
M230 - a warm beige with a golden undertone, suitable for Illusion and Velvety.
M240 - is already quite dark, clearly with a reddish undertone. Suitable for Transparent and Dainty.
D310 - actually almost a touch lighter than M240 and not quite as reddish. Also suitable for Transparent and Dainty.
D320 - so okay, between D310 and D320 there isn't just one shade, but certainly five! D320 is clearly a warm brown with yellow undertones, Delicate is a good match.
D330 - a dark brown with red undertones - suitable for Flawless.
D340 - another good bit darker than D330, a relatively neutral brown, suitable for Perfection.
D350 - a very dark brown, neutral undertones.
Application
To cover dark circles: apply three dots under the eye and blend with a brush. You can also use your fingers, but I find the result is better with a brush. Some people might feel the opposite, though... hmmm... Anyway: for longer wear, set with Translucent Powder. If you want to cover redness on your face, apply the concealer first and then gently dab the foundation onto the corresponding areas (if you apply the foundation with sweeping motions, you might remove the concealer. That wouldn't be the point of the exercise...).
